By accessing and using RecPlan, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RecPlan for legitimate recreation management purposes. You will not enter false information, misuse AI features, attempt to access other organizations' data, or use the platform in ways that violate applicable laws.
4. AI Assistant
RecPlan includes AI features that generate recommendations and content. All AI-generated content is labeled and requires human review before use. Your team is responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly per campus. A 7-day free trial is available with no charge. You can cancel anytime from your subscription settings. No cancellation fees apply.
6. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, obtaining proper consent, managing user access, and complying with applicable privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Service Availability
RecPlan strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and occasional downtime may occur. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
RecPlan is provided as a tool to support recreation management. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, compliance, and resident care. RecPlan is not a substitute for professional judgment.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RecPlan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
